In the colder months a tight fitting t shirt or long sleeve top and long leggings are ideal. No buttons, zips or other hard materials please as they can damage the equipment. Feet should be bare. No watches, Fitbits, jewellery (studs or small sleepers are fine) should be worn. Hair must be tied back off the face. Squad gymnasts must wear leotards, crop top & bike pants/tights and fitted t shirts or long sleeve stretch tops in winter. No loose t-shirts or shorts may be worn.

I am interested in Competitive Gymnastics for my daughter, what do I need to do? If you think your daughter has what it takes to be a competitive gymnast and you as a family are willing to commit to numerous days of training and competition, please email us to organise an assessment.
Can I transfer my child from another gym? Yes. We accept participants from other programs into both our recreational and competitive programs. GNSW Registration paid at your previous club for the year covers you at our club when we transfer you.
Can I stay and watch? Our upstairs area is being utilised for Warm Up and for the children to wait prior to their class start. Currently there is no spectator area available for afternoon/saturday morning classes. The upstairs area is available during our daytime classes, due to the small number of participants and age of the children involved.
Do you accept Active and Creative Kids Vouchers? Yes, we are registered as an Active Kids Provider. Please email us your voucher prior to booking your class. Please email us your voucher so we can apply credit to your account before booking (please allow upto 24 hours for your voucher to be processed)
Do you have a Competitive Boys Program? No. Due to coach expertise, cost and space constraints, our program only caters for girls in its competitive program. We suggest you contact Gymnastics NSW for your closest Competitive MAG program.

Our program starts with TOTS (1.5-3yrs), followed by MINI MOVERS PreSchool Gym (4-5 yrs). Our afternoon classes start with GYMFUN (Kindergarten) and GYMSTAR (Year 1). As the participants enter Yr2, they can choose between two pathways GYMSKILLS or CLUB LEVELS. Our Competitive Squad gymnasts are selected from our Recreational classes usually between the ages of 6-9 years old.
Can I do a trial class? Yes. Trial classes are available for all our Recreational programs. These classes are offered at any time when there is class availability with an additional surcharge fee added.
