BGA INVITATIONALS Each year BGA hosts a number of events for Regional Levels Gymnasts and gymnasts following the Australian Levels Program. Annually we host over 1000 athletes travelling from Sydney, Regional NSW, Queensland and the ACT. Training for travelling clubs can be arranged. A highlight of our Invitationals is the Physical Preparation Testing that takes place concurrently to the apparatus routine work. At BGA we believe that Physical Preparation is equally as important as skill development in the creation of a successful Levels gymnast. This is one area of gymnastics that involves a lot of hard work, effort and determination and often goes unrewarded. At our Invitational's we love to recognise this hard work by awarding the gymnasts with ribbons and medals reflecting their Physical Preparation standard.
