NSW HIGH PERFORMANCE STATE SQUAD CLINIC
Congratulations to Aphra on being selected into the Gymnastics NSW High Performance Squad! Aphra has been with our program for 10 years and is our first Senior International gymnast. We're excited to help her develop to compete amongst Australia's top gymnasts.
We love taking the opportunity to learn with Aph having her first State Clinic on the 10th February, a 6 hour training day in Sydney, where we received input from judges on routine composition and execution. Special shout out to Andrey from Infinity Gymsports who helped her find her right leg a little easier in her full twisting double backs. Thanks for sharing your expertise.
