Kindergym is a Gymnastics Australia movement program for children 5 years and under and their caregiver, designed to promote the development of the whole child socially, emotionally, cognitively and physically through play in a safe, structured multi-sensory environment. Classes are fun, playful and challenging and involve a mix of free exploration, guided discovery, and group time with all activities aimed at developing fine and gross motor skills. TOTS classes are programmed for children 18 months - 3 years and Mini Movers Pre School Gym for 4-5 years. All children participating in our Kindergym programs must be Registered and Insured with Gymnastics NSW.
Tots, is a movement program for children 18 months - 3 years and their caregiver, designed to promote the development of the whole child socially, emotionally, cognitively and physically through play in a safe, structured multi-sensory environment. The Tots programs encourage trust, co-operation, communication, exploration and discovery, listening skills, sharing and turn taking and most of all fun, fun, fun. Each week the lesson will be based around a new and exciting theme, with plenty of opportunities for the child to work towards improving gross and fine motor skills, spatial awareness, co-ordination and all areas of their social, emotional, cognitive and physical development. Classes also provide parents and caregivers the opportunity to make friends and socialise with other parents and caregivers and the opportunity to spend special one on one time with their child. Classes are fun, playful and challenging and involve a mix of free exploration, guided discovery, and group time. Class duration is 45 minutes.

The gym will be closed Monday 9th June for the Public Holiday and term fees will be pro-rated to reflect this closure.
Casual Passes are also available for purchase through our ProShop in our iClassPro booking system. All participants using Casual Passes must now be registered with GNSW ($85)

Mini Movers PreSchool Gym Mini Movers is a class designed for children aged 4-5 years who will be attending school the following year (we suggest those who are not yet 4, start in a Tots class until they are ready to participate independently). In line with Kindergym principles, this class continues to address and expand all developmental areas of the child (social, emotional, physical and cognitive). This class is designed to work towards independence, socialisation, following instructions, basic gymnastic skill development, building self-confidence and enjoyment of physical activity. Each class will consist of interactive group time, basic stretches and circuit-based movement pattern & gymnastic based activities. The aim of the class is to give children a fun, basic introduction to gymnastic skills delivered in a friendly, age-appropriate manner. It also aims to develop each individual at their own pace for a wide range of sports and physical activity. Participation in this program will help children learn and develop many skills to help them transition to school and afternoon gymnastics classes!
Care givers are welcome to participate in this class if their child needs assistance in developing independence!
